About the Role
As a Registered Nurse PD, you will utilize the nursing process to assess and address the immediate and long-term needs of patients. Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and implementing patient care plans, providing direct patient care, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with hospital standards. You will also serve as a patient advocate and participate in quality assurance activities.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or under the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement.
- Graduate of a nursing school with current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred:
- Two years of experience in psychiatric nursing and/or pediatric nursing.
- Strong background in working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
