About the Role
As a staff nurse, you will manage operations of your assigned unit, supervise clinical staff activities, provide guidance and education, promote a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensure infection prevention practices are maintained, and guarantee adequate staffing to meet residents' needs, ensuring a high standard of care.
About You
Required:
- Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
