About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Brighton ICU, you will gather and analyze patient information, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. You will work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be required to work every third weekend and rotating holidays.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from a nursing school eligible for NCLEX exam.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification for specific departments.
- Minimum of 1-year current ICU/PCU experience.
Preferred:
- BSN degree.
- Effective interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with coworkers and patients.
- Critical thinking skills for performing nursing duties.
