Summary
North Shore Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time 2nd Shift position in Randolph, WI. The role involves providing nursing care to residents/patients under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating the care plan for a group of residents/patients during your shift. You will ensure adherence to care standards, manage the environment for safety, and supervise nursing assistants. The position requires following North Shore's policies and procedures and performing duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
About You
Required:
- Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment
- Ability to calculate drug dosage
- Meets all health requirements imposed by law
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous post-acute care experience
