About the Role
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will conduct and analyze patient assessments, create and implement care plans, administer medications, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. You will also manage critically ill patients, perform hemodynamic monitoring, and advocate for patient safety and quality improvement.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- 1 year of RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- CCRN, PCCN, and TNCC certifications.
