About the Role
As a Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for assessing patient status, providing care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses, implementing clinical nursing interventions, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and evaluate and update patient care plans.
About You
Required:
- Diploma of Nursing or Associate of Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Previous RN experience on a similar nursing unit or Long-Term Care setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
