About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will initiate, develop, implement, and revise care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting patient visits, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and agency staff to ensure quality care.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid communication, writing, and organizational skills.
