About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will supervise nursing staff, manage unit operations, develop and enforce policies, mentor less experienced nurses, establish care standards, review resident records, conduct case reviews, address inquiries from residents and families, ensure adequate medical supplies, and advocate for the unit's interests to upper management.
About You
Required:
- Valid RN License required.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role.
