About the Role
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will initiate and administer all respiratory therapy modalities according to established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilator care, performing chest physical therapy, conducting clinical diagnostic tests, assessing patient respiratory status, and maintaining patient records. You will also participate in clinical education and ensure safe delivery of care to patients of all ages.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Maintains current licensure by the State of Massachusetts as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Maintains current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
Preferred:
- A minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in an acute care setting.
- Previous neonatal & pediatric experience.
