About You
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 12 months of hire.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
- Advanced Life Support certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
- 1 year recent experience in a NICU Level III or higher.
