About the Role
As a Registered Sleep Technologist, you will work under the supervision of the Sleep Center leadership team to prepare patients, explain procedures, operate polysomnographic equipment, document technical reports, administer neurodiagnostic procedures, coordinate patient scheduling, and maintain proficiency in the neurodiagnostic field. You will also perform sleep staging and event scoring according to AASM guidelines and troubleshoot polysomnographic equipment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Certification or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) Certification.
Preferred:
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
- At least one year of previous experience in neurophysiology or sleep disorders medicine.
