About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Word.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- College degree.
- 1 year of experience in registration.
- Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR).
- Knowledge and utilization of patient registration systems, insurance verification systems, and/or Medicaid portals.
