Summary
MassMutual is seeking a Regulatory Compliance & Policy Management Consultant (Information Risk Consultant) to join their ETX Governance & Risk Team in Springfield, MA. The role involves implementing governance processes and risk management practices for the ETX organization.
About the Role
As a Regulatory Compliance & Policy Management Consultant, you will partner with Compliance and Law to maintain a comprehensive inventory of regulatory obligations, coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely evidence for compliance reviews, and develop centralized repositories for compliance artifacts. You will monitor compliance status, assist in developing metrics for regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary contact for changes impacting regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years experience in designing and implementing metrics to track status and raise potential issues.
- 5+ years experience working in an enterprise GRC platform and proficient use of export/import functions in Excel.
- 5+ years of experience in risk, regulatory, and/or policy management.
Preferred:
- Proficient at use of SharePoint and other tools for executing an effective regulatory compliance program.
- Skilled in communicating regulatory requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data and AI processes and controls.
- Prior experience managing policies and/or regulatory requirements.
