About the Role
As Vice President in Corporate Responsibility, Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of PAC operations, global lobbying reporting, and process optimization. You will lead the accurate and timely filing of lobbying disclosures, oversee PAC administration, execute strategic projects, enhance process flows, conduct risk assessments, and manage regulatory reporting vendors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, 8+ years of total relevant experience in regulatory reporting, campaign finance or lobbying disclosure.
- Advanced proficiency with campaign finance software and state/local filing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage business partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a global financial institution, highly regulated industry, or large corporate environment.
- Customer service orientation preferred.
