About the Role
As a Regulatory Response Analyst, you will investigate and manage global cases reported across multiple channels, craft incident reports, analyze trend data for process improvements, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. You will also lead strategic projects and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Urdu required, with additional working proficiency in Punjabi or Pashto.
- Strong knowledge of political dynamics, threat actors, and the current regulatory landscape.
- Experience navigating regulatory inquiries and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage escalations effectively.
Preferred:
- Strong quantitative skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in SQL or Excel.
- Prior experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
