About the Role
As a Rehab Tech, you will assist therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program, support therapists during patient interventions, escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym, maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment, restock therapy supplies, ensure safety standards are followed, and complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Team player with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
