About the Role
As a Rehab Technician, you will be responsible for transporting residents, preparing treatment environments, assisting with therapy as directed, maintaining therapy equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will also participate in meetings and maintain patient records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must hold a state issued CNA license, if required by the state.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
