- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of automotive F&I.
- Prior experience in reinsurance.
- Strong knowledge of business functions and accounting.
- Ability to lead by example and provide constructive feedback.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
