About the Role
As the Related Services Billing & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing MediCal billing and documentation processes, managing reimbursement for eligible services, identifying process improvements, providing training to staff, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MediCal billing, reimbursement, or compliance, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of federal and state MediCal regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in public schools or charter schools.
- Proficiency with reimbursement software and systems (e.g., MediCal billing software, spreadsheets, etc.).
