Summary
Carson Group is seeking a Relationship Associate to join their team in Palatine, IL. The role involves providing ongoing service and support to clients and assisting Advisors with client relationships.
About the Role
As a Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for servicing Advisors and clients with white glove support, maintaining accurate client information, managing asset transfers, ensuring compliance with client reviews, and preparing necessary paperwork for client accounts. You will also assist in project management and collaborate with team members to meet business goals.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong desire for research and problem solving.
- Unwavering attention to details.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, Salesforce, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial or banking industry.
Benefits
- Starting annual base salary between $55k - $71k.
