About the Role
The Relationship Banker is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating and assisting them with self-service banking resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Key duties include accurately processing cash transactions, building relationships to meet financial needs, managing financial center traffic and appointments, driving the client experience, and adhering to the bank's risk culture and operational guidelines. The role involves collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.

- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
