About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you will engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service resources, and assist with transactions. Your responsibilities include processing cash transactions, building client relationships, adhering to bank guidelines, and managing financial center traffic. You will also drive the client experience and connect clients to financial solutions that meet their goals.

Required:

- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree.
- Spanish language skills.
