- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience required.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a financial institution or related industry required.
- Basic understanding of financial institution products and services.
- Fundamental experience in consultative conversations; proficient in opening and closing accounts.
- Working experience to analyze financial data including credit reports.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and maintain proficiency in multiple computer systems.
- Good problem-solving skills.
