About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you will assist customers with opening new accounts, solving problems, and account maintenance. You will work to exceed retail banking center goals, deepen relationships with customers in-person and over the phone, and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Additionally, you will connect customers to other business lines and partners throughout the bank.
About You
Required:
- Passion for building trusted relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Previous sales experience and motivation to achieve goals.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
