About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, managing assigned clients to develop new business opportunities, achieving revenue goals, and collaborating with sales counterparts to convey client needs. You will also prepare account plans, maintain relevant data in CRM, manage client contracts, and ensure high client satisfaction during onboarding and risk management activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 15+ years of total work experience with 5 years in Financial Services, specifically in Relationship Management/Sales or Client Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn client trust and develop relationships.
Preferred:
- Advanced/graduate degree.
- Proven ability to develop junior talent and provide mentoring.
- Knowledge of Asset Management and Financial Services industry.
