Summary
ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager – Employee Benefits to serve as the single point of contact for a book of business of Group Health Insurance clients in Florham Park, NJ.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage and service client relationships, providing expertise on Employee Benefits, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between clients and ADP, managing benefit renewals, supporting Open Enrollment, and conducting virtual meetings to review benefits plans. You will also maximize client retention through regular feedback and proactive support.
About You
Required:
- At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
- Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance industry experience with a brokerage or agency environment.
- Experience with Benefits Administration platforms: Ease, Employee Navigator, Flock.
- Experience with insurance quoting platforms: Zywave.
- Relationship/Account management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing client relationships with multiple products.
