About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, developing relationship management plans for high-value clients, and collaborating with client support and product teams. Your daily tasks will include achieving annual goals related to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, and fee income generation, as well as maintaining a professional network of referral sources.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years' credit and lending experience combined.
- Prior B2B, small business banking, or consultative outside sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish client relationships.
Preferred:
- Completion of formal credit training program.
