- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a commercial lending environment.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices and loan documentation.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Advanced understanding of credit underwriting and loan policy.
- Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering reports and presentations.
