About the Role

As a Relationship Manager Senior, you will be responsible for generating new business and consumer client relationships, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will improve sales and banking acumen, capture a holistic view of client needs, and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations. The role requires active networking and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business development goals.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
Must be in good standing under 'The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008' (Safe Act) and registered with the 'Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry'.

Preferred:

Deep knowledge of CNB's banking products for personal and business clients.
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance.
Ability to analyze economic conditions and their impact on clients.
Experience in reviewing financial statements to advise clients effectively.
Negotiation skills to balance bank and client needs.
