About the Role
About You
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM) processes.
- Working knowledge of NetOps and hands-on experience with NetOps products and services.
- Understanding of ITIL-based business processes and service management standards as identified in ISO 20000.
- ITIL Foundations certification and ITIL Intermediate Service Transition Lifecycle certifications.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
- IAT III certification (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, etc.).
- Computer Environment Certification.
