PNC is seeking a Release Manager - SRC Process Team to join their Technology organization, based in locations such as Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. The role involves managing technology releases and ensuring the integration of applications and systems.
About the Role
As a Release Manager, you will manage multiple aspects of technology releases, serve as a subject matter expert, lead quality checks on change releases, consult with peers for compliance, execute change management processes, and mentor others on release coordination and deployment best practices.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in a Technology Change environment.
- Technical background with a mindset for change and process.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to manage process work efforts from gathering requirements to standing up solutions.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow including report and dashboard generation.
- Proficient with ITIL principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- SRE background.
- Experience with Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Software development skills.
- Risk management background.
