About the Role
As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility to the health of the deliverables. You will ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelines, facilitating sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years’ experience as a release manager.
- Extremely proficient in JiRA, Excel, release processes, testing support, and end-to-end release coordination.
Preferred:
- Understanding of release/deployment components and risk management.
- Ability to facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones.
- Familiarity with Agile/waterfall framework.
