Summary
The Mosaic Company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their Louisiana Operations team. The role involves providing technical expertise and leadership for high-speed rotating equipment reliability strategies.
About the Role
As a Reliability Engineer, you will lead a team to monitor and improve asset reliability, collaborate with peers to enhance reliability strategies, assess equipment health, and manage maintenance activities. You will also prepare RFQ packages, review vendor designs, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards while promoting environmental, health, and safety improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years of high-speed rotating equipment experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with MS Office products and CMMS (or similar software).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Predictive Technologies (vibration, IR, UE, MCA, Oil analysis).
- Development experience with PM procedures.
- CMRP, CRE, CRL, or CSSBB certifications.
