About the Role
As a Relief Residential Counselor, you will implement treatment plans, lead and model activities of daily living, and support the trauma-informed care philosophy of the program. You will assess and evaluate situations, demonstrate initiative, and communicate effectively with parents, schools, and community supports.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in the field.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the principles of trauma informed care.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Adult & Child CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
