About the Role
As a Remarketing Associate II, you will conduct skip tracing to obtain contact information for delinquent members, draft and monitor communication documents, participate in department projects, maintain remarketing procedures, obtain possession of repossessed vehicles, facilitate reinstatements, process titles for auction, and manage vendor relationships.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle financing and/or sales; experience with charge off collections or repossessions preferred.
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally.
- Good research, problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of FDCPA.
- Basic knowledge of the financial industry operating areas including functions, products & services.
