Summary
Jobgether is seeking a Remote Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and support to commercial leaders while drafting and negotiating agreements.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing practical and ethical legal advice, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless deal execution. You will also participate in deploying global corporate legal policies and engage in legal department meetings.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Bar admission.
- 5-6 years of business law experience, preferably in data licensing or market research.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex transactions.
- Ability to draft and negotiate agreements under time constraints.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for a global team environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with market research services and commercial contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
