About the Role
As a BCBA, you will supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, provide parent training and case supervision, conduct assessments, and collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
About You
Required:
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
