About the Role
As a Remote BCBA, LBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating behavior plans, supervising ABA programs and staff, and supporting and training caregivers and RBTs. You will collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and participate in a structured training program designed to help you excel within the company.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness.
