Summary
Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist to provide exceptional support and service to their customers in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
About the Role
As a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist, you will handle a variety of calls, chats, and email communications regarding Hotwire's suite of technology services and products. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the primary support liaison between Hotwire Communications and residential customers. You will also need to possess thorough knowledge of Hotwire's product line and assist customers with system configuration and product functionality.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English (Other language skills a plus).
- Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
