About You
Required:
- Direct experience working with Allstate and previous management experience.
- Current insurance license is required.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven success in a fully remote work environment.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for building client relationships.
