- 8+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce structured processes.
- Clear and professional communication skills for managing group updates.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with limited oversight.
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Successfully complete standard background check process.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of a B2B or Cloud product.
- Experience in a large enterprise technology organization.
