About the Role
As a Remote Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for reading and comprehending retirement plan provisions, applying relevant legislation and regulations, supporting audits, and preparing compliance reports. You will also assist in drafting plan documents and ensure the protection of confidential data.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on retirement plan testing experience.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of experience in the retirement industry.
- Experience with 5500 forms and other relevant documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- QKA designation preferred but not required.
