About the Role
As a Sales Representative for a State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for establishing new client relationships, following up with existing clients, and educating them on various insurance options. Your daily tasks will include lead generation, cross-selling and upselling insurance services, and handling policy-related tasks. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients protect their possessions while staying updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Prior State Farm experience, expertise in NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve
- Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred:
- Familiarity with sales techniques and outside sales strategies
- A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving results
