Jobot is seeking a REMOTE Software Engineer (Python/Django) to join their team. The role involves developing robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions for a nationwide healthcare company.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will develop software for both cloud-based and data center hosted platforms, collaborate with Language Services teams, lead technical integration efforts, and mentor team members. You will also ensure high-quality product delivery, enhance platform performance, and keep up with industry trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant recent experience using Python.
- Minimum 3 years of mandatory Django experience.
- AWS experience is mandatory.
- Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Preferred:
- Problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning and implementing emerging technologies.
- Ability to work in a self-directed fashion while being resourceful and adaptable.
