About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with key clients, act as the primary liaison, and develop a deep understanding of client industries to provide proactive solutions. You will protect existing monthly recurring revenue (MRR), identify opportunities for account expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions. Additionally, you will drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to meet client needs.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience (12+ years) in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong account planning skills.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management, account growth, and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple client relationships.
- Display sales excellence and mastery of KPIs with the ability to forecast business trends.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
