About the Role
As a Remote Technical Support & Onsite Field Service Engineer, you will primarily provide remote technical support from your home office, with approximately 20% travel to customer sites for event support, on-site service, and installations. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with teams, creating knowledge base articles, and providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent plus demonstrated relevant experience in Audio Visual/Broadcast systems.
- Strong computer skills including Internet navigation, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, A/V Broadcast, or similar programs.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; multi-lingual is a plus.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $29.00, with an additional $15.00 per hour premium for on-site service work outside of regular hours.
