About the Role
As the Girls Head Cross Country Coach, you will be responsible for adhering to athletic policies, monitoring scholar-athletes' academic performance, coordinating equipment use, maintaining season records, and fostering a positive coaching environment. You will also serve as a role model and mentor, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Proof of a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent (60 hours current credits) and a certified plan towards a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least five (5) years of previous coaching experience in high school and/or college sports.
- Knowledge of athletic procedures and demonstrated communication skills.
- Certification in MHSAA CAP 1-2, MHSAA Online Rules Meeting, and AED/Heart Saver CPR.
Benefits
