Summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their Renewable Energy team in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on supporting clients in the clean energy transition through various renewable energy projects.

About the Role

As a Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate, you will work with clients on cutting-edge projects in wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage. You will be involved in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts, providing hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced partners. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements and a focus on diversity and professional growth.

About You

Required:

At least three years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in the renewable energy industry.
Familiarity with power purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and construction contracts.
