About You
- 2+ years' experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles with a customer-centric mindset.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
- Experience managing auto-renewal and uplift processes.
- SaaS HR tech experience.
- Proficiency with CRM and renewal tools (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, Google Suite).
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and attainment reporting.
