As a Renewal Manager, you will identify engagement channels, schedule appointments, own the renewal process, understand market trends, partner with Sales and Customer Success, negotiate terms, identify risks, and maintain forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
About You
Required:
- 3–5+ years in renewals, customer success, or account management.
- Proven track record hitting retention and upsell targets.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, discounting, negotiation, and multi-year structuring.
- Data fluency: interpret product usage and health scores.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading executive-level negotiations.
- High attention to detail and operational rigor.
